( 1 ) Note: Unless alternative arrangements are made and agreed-upon in advance, the broker representing the aircraft for sale will be the entity billed for the photoshoot. The broker is the sole entity responsible for ensuring complete and timely payment for services rendered. The photographer reserves the right to withhold delivery of final, un-watermarked images from any brokers whose accounts are not in good standing.
